    I did quite a bit of shopping around for roofs and was very happy I went with Q7. Geo was patient and very informative. We had quite a few hiccups due to pest and permitting issues.     I was going to install solar panels on my roof. The solar panel installer said that the roof is too old, so I had to deal with the roof issue rather quickly. A friend of mine recommended Q7 Roofing & Waterproofing. Their manager Geo quickly found time to inspect the roof and provided an estimate. The job got scheduled quickly, it took one day to tear off, one day to deliver all the new materials, and one day to install the new roof. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with superb quality for a very competitive price.

    Our roof makes noise sporadically. There was no evidence of animal activity. We requested to have roof inspection to make sure our roof is in good shape. Geovanny responded very fast and came out on Saturday. He went to the roof and did thorough inspection. He showed up the photos of which he took on the roof and told us the potential problems. At this moment, he told us our roof was still in good shape and no structural issues. But underlying material might deteriorate over the time and could have leak in the future. He suggested to act as quick as possible to fix the leak when it happens. He is very honest and trustworthy compared with the other company. The other company even didn’t go to the roof. They said they can use drone to identify the issue and minimum repair price would be $6000. If I have a roof leak in the future, I would definitely go for Q7 roofing company.
